Amazing customer service
Want to thank all of the staff at Koala who helped me along the way, you are all really lovely and helpful. When my bed frame wasn’t going to be delivered on the day I originally organised but i received a courtesy call to organise a new time after hours the suited me better the man called in Friday afternoon, unfortunately i didn’t catch his name. I was also in contact via email with Dermot who responded to my emails very efficiently. Customer service goes such a long way and it honestly is the highlight of my perches and I really appreciate all the help. Love the bed too.
